These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MyUrls website, platform, and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About MyUrls
MyUrls is a link-in-bio platform that allows users to create a public profile page containing links and basic profile information.
We provide hosting and presentation tools only. We do not endorse, monitor, or guarantee the content shared by users.
2. Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction).
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Provide accurate registration information.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
3. Accounts and Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- All activity that occurs under your account.
- Keeping your login credentials secure.
- Ensuring your contact information is accurate and up to date.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in abuse, spam, fraud, or harmful conduct
- Attempt to disrupt the platform

By using the Service, you grant MyUrls a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating the platform.
You are solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of the content you publish.
6. Early Access and Lifetime Pro Benefits
MyUrls is currently offered during an Early Access period.
Accounts created during Early Access — prior to the official launch of paid subscriptions — will receive permanent access to Pro features at no cost.
This lifetime Pro access applies only to accounts registered before the announced public launch date. Once standard pricing begins, new accounts will be subject to the published subscription fees.
We reserve the right to define and announce the official launch date at our discretion.
7. Pricing and Payments
Planned subscription pricing following Early Access is:
- £1 per month, or
- £10 per year
Subscription fees (where applicable):
- Are billed in advance
- Are non-refundable unless required by law
- May change in the future with reasonable notice
Failure to pay applicable fees may result in account suspension or downgrade.
8. Third-Party Links and Services
Your MyUrls page may contain links to third-party websites or services.
We are not responsible for:
- The content of third-party websites
- Their privacy practices
- Their terms or policies
- Any transactions conducted outside the MyUrls platform
You use third-party services at your own risk.
9. Service Availability
We aim to provide a stable and reliable service. However, we do not guarantee:
- Continuous uptime
- Error-free operation
- Permanent availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms
- Create legal exposure
- Abuse system resources
- Engage in harmful or disruptive behavior
Termination may result in the removal of your public page and associated data.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyUrls disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including:

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, traffic levels, or business results.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) in the preceding 12 months.
